Is the plugin really free?
Yes. Pattern Builder is GPL software, on WordPress.org and GitHub, and every local feature works without an account.
What does Pro actually buy?
Room and Premium Patterns. Pro removes the cap on Personal Collection in the cloud, add private collections of your own and opens the premium collections. It is a subscription on your account to use the service, not a license for the plugin.
Is anything I upload public?
No. Every collection on patternbuilderwp.com is private unless Twenty Bellows or a partner studio publishes it.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your collections and a Personal over the cap stay readable and installable, and patterns already installed on your sites are ordinary patterns with no link back. Nothing more can be added to what is over the free limits until you delete, or subscribe again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro is not what you expected, ask within 14 days of a first purchase and we will refund it. Cancelling at any other time stops the renewal and keeps what you have paid for until the end of its term.
Who publishes the collections?
Twenty Bellows, and the partner studios and theme authors we work with. Every public and premium collection is curated before it is listed, so there is no open directory to wade through. If you have a collection worth publishing, write to us. We would love to consider adding it to the Premium Collections.
How many sites can I connect?
As many as you like, on both plans. Connections are per-user and individually revocable from your account.
